1.      Vacuum

We will ask you to vacuum the day before we arrive.

2.      Pre-Inspection

We will walk through the home or business together to examine carpet construction and soiling conditions.  We will also advise you on any possible permanent stains.

3.      Pre-Spray/Pre-Spot

We apply the cleaning solution that attracts the soil for removal.

4.      Pre-Groom

This is to agitate the soil for easier and more effective removal.

5.      Extraction/Rinse

We remove the soil and neutralize the cleaning solution.

6.      Post-Spot

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process,

specialty spotting techniques are employed.

7.      Clean/Wipe Base Boards

We will thoroughly wipe down the baseboards in the areas cleaned.

8.      Protection

We use the finest protector on the market with a one-year stain warrantee.  This step is an option, but is always recommended.

9.      Post-Groom

If you’d like us to post-groom to set the pile we’d be happy to, but many of our clients prefer the swirls our tool leaves behind.

10.   Post-Inspect

We will again walk through the home or business with you to examine our cleaning.
